Yes, you can start for free. Many editing tools run right in your browser at no cost, such as resizing for YouTube or Twitter, HEIC to JPG, black-and-white and sepia filters, and Christmas photo frames. AI tools use credits, and every new account gets free sign-up credits so you can try image and video generation before paying anything. When you need more, you can buy a credit pack on the Pricing page.
Each AI generation or AI edit uses credits from your balance. The cost depends on the tool, the model and your settings, so a long, high-resolution video uses more credits than a single image. Browser-based tools never use credits. If a generation fails or is cancelled by our system before it produces a result, its credits are returned to your account automatically. You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload, and you must have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from anyone who appears in it.
